Failing that apply the affected region with ice pack. Your symptoms will go away in 3 minutes... otherwise come into my clinic for a closer examination >
but.... for therapeutic rapport, here is the answer to your first question...
My food intake is not a reflection of my appetite.... and if you are wondering whether the size of Joe's foot is an indication of anything.... it's just an indication of the size of his shoes... that's all. :grin2:
Lots of people want to talk you miss 75. Please be their voice of reason. Maybe a new name would be more suiting, like Oracle75.
As long as you don't charge me ridiculous amounts for your words of wisdom I'll walk into your clinic. Still have to come to down under anyway. But please have that gif hanging in your room. @Punky I know. But ever since I discovered that virginity thread I can't seem to help myself. @Monsi won't be long before your subscription is an inventation to see her.
James had rheuma and a lot of pain.
He was with me since he was 2 years old.
I had very bad times in my life and he was always with me.
It's 6 am in Spain and I can't stop thinking of him friend.

PM if you want to discuss this in private :smile2:
It sounds James was suffering towards the end of his life there. I can’t imagine how you feel right now. I had a cat when I was 5. I found him actually. I thought he was a stray cat, being under nourished with a piece of his ears missing. I loved that cat. I called him Meow (yup that’s how inventive a 5 year old can be). Pets can play such a big role in our lives and it sounds like yours had been such a great source of companionship and comfort.
What do you plan to do? I have no idea what people normally do when their pets passed away (I mean funerals and things like that). Do you have family and are they aware of what’s happening?
I would like to ask @Spectator75, why did you post on the forum and have your expectations about the forum changed?
If you could hack into someone's account whose would it be and what would you post?

Why I post on the forum?.... no one is ever completely without an opinion... we do like to hear the sound of our voice, some more than others.. I guess I am no different. I might not always in the habit of speaking in abundance but I do speak up when I think it is right to do it or when I think I can contribute in some way... and well this forum is a great place to converse with so many different people. I didn't have any expectation of the forum to begin with but this forum is my first experience with trolls... prior to that I was a troll virgin. :grin2:
hmmm... I think I would like to hack into Roxitova's account and do a massive post about how great Federer is... she will kill me but hey it would be worth it...
I got live one, almost 3 years old now. Neighborhood stray, had hernia when I found her so I took her to vet to cut it off. Didn't actually want a cat but she stayed in post-operative phase and well...still here. Didn't even name her, tho she react to generic Serbian cat nicknames, Cici, Mici, Mac..etc. Would still like to give her to someone who lives in village or nature. I don't think animals should be living forever inside and I just can't afford to take care of another cat to keep her company.

You know, cats are very different than dogs in the way that they are not that dependent on having a number of other animals around them. My mom has three cats and they pretty much ignore each other and spleep all day long. All three go straight to her or whoever is around for some petting and then it's back to laying down somewhere. So don't be afraid of keeping her with you.
I was not allowed to keep pets because I used to have allergies as a kid. The only cats I have are Schrödinger's cats. You never know whether they are dead or alive until you open the box so they are in a superimposed state of being alive and dead simultaneously.

Hmmm... I sense in your question that it’s impossible for the two to co-exist and that they are the opposite end of desirability to each other.
I advise you to try at Fedtardism. If it doesn’t give you an awesome personality at least you can be friends with Slade. :grin2: and a belief in your own awesomeness and Federer’s god status. It’s better than your current state of .... erh.....
I haven’t followed it consistently until Federer came to the scene but it was in late 90s, at the height of Sampras’s success. I really liked Sampras but I also like Rafter (obviously because he is Australian)
@clearwaters you amaze me. Hats off really. I think it’s very common that in RL we are bounded by civility and etiquette so we hold back more. I’m someone who is not argumentative or more precisely I don’t like to engage in arguments with people who are bent on being unreasonable.
Lol I think I'm the opposite. I enjoy having a deep conversation and arguing about something I care and understanding how other people form their views...usually I tend to be more agreeable in RL to avoid hard feelings and getting myself in trouble
To be honest up until joining the forum my life was primarily work and study. The only forum community I know was students forum.... and well we only talk politely and of serious matter.
I joined the forum thinking it would be like that and assume that people would discuss tennis in depth and I could learn something... well I still learn a lot but I also have to sieve through a whole lot of junk as well.
Hmmm.... I wonder what others’ experience was and how their opinions have changed if at all.
One thing I didn't expect is the friendship I have developed with some users here. It's so vastly different to my social circle in RL. So I welcome everyone to just PM me randomly and talk.
@Jennipeg and @clearwaters, you girls are amazing. In here I am exactly what I am like in real life. I even write exactly how I talk.. well maybe I am more articulate here than in verbal speech but anyhow... let's pretend I talk this well too.... :grin2:
My issue with arguing with people is I have a soft voice and my manners prevent me from cutting people off or talking on top of people and in a heated discussion people often talk over you and they get loud and next thing you realise is there is no room/space for you to put your two cents worth of input. Here I know I have the opportunity to say my thoughts without being interrupted but you also can pick up as to who would be open to hear what you have to say and those who don't and I don't waste time with those who aren't there to hear what you have to say... this is both on the forum and in RL.
Do you girls find you are more open on the forum than in RL?

Some say they are more courageous here than in RL, you say you are the same. When it comes to me it's different. I can be quite impulsive IRL but rarely show it here (it's just a forum after all but sometimes it's tempting to roast someone). I guess I'm the opposite to a keyboard warrior
Hi
Thanks for asking.
I feel better since I had a conversation with my best friend.
James was a happy cat and that's the most important thing.
And life goes fast... I will always have good memories in my heart with him and that's all matter.
I want to thank you and to the people who heard me last day because I was drunk and sad and I really needed company.
I will get better with time for sure. :wink2:
I'm trying really hard to ignore the fact that this thread is clearly more successful than my Q&A.
This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
