This isn't clay, meaning not Pablo's natural habitat. Tobias played well, I give him a lot of credit. Playing like this he can hurt many players. Moved well, hit the ball aggressively, and took the ball early, most of the same things he usually does. Just today, it all clicked.

Much of that is because of Pablo making tons of errors and not having any real weapons to do damage on this court but Kamke hit the ball well and did what he needed to do. Pablo played like someone who traveled from Europe to Asia and jetlagged.

Wasn't a tank, he just got way outplayed. At the end it may have been tanking, but not the first set and a half.

Exactly, this result isn't an indication of anything other than Kamke playing well and Pablo being jetlagged and not on his game. His previous results on HC are, however, an indication of his level on these courts.

The guy just switched continents after playing 4 matches in 5 days last week, people.

Stop being so dumb.
Actually, you're totally correct. I was probably too hard on him, but one game against Kamke is pretty pathetic.

Kamke's had hard-court losses to Rosol, Kravchuk, Ilhan and Renavand this year.

Meanwhile Andujar beat Tomic and Verdasco and pushed Ferrero to 5 sets. There are some signs of improvement there.
