As always life hits you square in the face when it comes to ending vacations and entering "reality".

One moment you are with you family and friends enjoying a meal and a drink together and the next thing you know you are in your office/classroom/work station wishing that somehow vacations would be just a little bit longer.

I suppose that's the story of everybody's life, or at least most people.

I always found it a bit unfair that people work the vast majority of there year and only get 2 to 4 weeks off to relax and enjoy life. If one takes into consideration how short and unexpected life can be, it hardly seems fair that we are condemened to work in order to live another day to do the same thing over and over again.

Hey, at least we have an easier time than neanderthals and other human ancestors. An ancient man in those times would be a person of the age of 30. It's kinda funny, in a cruel, pathetic way. :p

But hey, whatever, you gotta do what you gotta do.

I'm going on an educational cruise to Mexico for 6 days with the freshman class. Could be fun, could be hell, only time will tell.

Have a nice day, and thank you for reading my jounral,

till my next entry,

Manuel.
