Good for Malek. Might be his only chance to get to R3 at a Slam and it's nice to see someone from a non-tennis country like Tunisia get even this far.

How can ERV lose such a match? HOW?!
ERV is a really serious headcase. I watched the whole match and still don't know how he lost it. :smash: :smash:

But the way he lost that 2 BPs in last game was unbelievable. At 30-40 the ball is called out, Jaziri challenges and the ball was less than 1mm in. After Jaziri wasting some MPs, ERV has the BP, has a really shot at the T and tries a dropshot that barely hit the net.

First Tunisian to reach the third round of a slam, great stuff.

ERV is in awful shape, so it shouldn't really be surprising after the way Jaziri took care of Kukushkin.

Jaziri isn't that weak. I'm not shocked to see a player like him a in the third round of a slam. In a good day, he can be tough. Last year we had Lajovic in R16 of the FO...

By the way, I didn't realize that Edouard was now outside the top 100  ... he lost the points of Basel 2013 and Chennai 2014...and will lose more places at the end of this tournament. Unbelievable how he falled in just one year. Last year he was 2 sets up against Anderson, so close to reach a GS's second week, solid top 50, seemed to go up and up, and now...

Great for tennis to have a Tunesian in R3 of the AO. Nice for him too, it meant the world to him
