After the way in which James lost to this guy 2 years ago, this is an outstanding result.

Quack.

A good rematch (and revenge) of 2 years ago.
I thought he was done after giving the break back in the fourth, but he was amazing in the fifth. Great win!
Nice work Ducky :cheerleader:
A little boost to get him even closer to the Top 100!
Seppi-Istomin and Duckworth-Kavcic going to 5. NID.
nice win for Duckworth! If only his career gained some momentum.. really awkward playing style, but very nice to watch

His early wins at Brisbane showed a bit of growth to me compared to the last 3 years, so hopefully the momentum is just around the corner. He should be able to crack the top 100 at very least.

let's hope so! Duckworth seems very shy on court. He needs to impose himself more imo, he has alot of weapons.
I have to say it's a good time for Aussie tennis. You have Tomic, Kyrgios, Matosevic, Kokkinakis, Duckworth and Hewitt. All have different personalities and very different styles. There's alot of talent there, surely one of these years one of them is bound to go far at the AO
ducky improved these last 2 years!!!
Blaž
Another impressive victory for the Aussie boys today.

Yep reminds me of the 90s when we had Masur, Stoltenberg, Woodbridge, Woodforde, Fromberg, Stolle, Rafter (before big time), Draper, Ilie, Tebbutt etc

Then we went on our big run later 90s to early 00s of Grand Slam wins, finals and Davis Cups. Think we have a good 5-10 years ahead :)

Aussies winning everywhere.
Ducky does like his 5-setters.
Was just about to say he seems to have picked up the habit for marathons.

Good to know once Seppi retires we have the heir to the throne awaiting.

Forgot Groth.
80 unforced errors, lol.

Still, he got there in the end, well done.

Great revenge win for Ducky, always felt this could go either way, good on the home player to ride the crowd to a victory
