In round 2 of Auckland, Kohlschreiber beat Humbert 6-4 6-4. But the stats are eye popping. Humbert won only 7% of Kohli's first serve (2 out of 30) and only 8% of his second serve (1 out of 13). Either Humbert is a very poor returner, or Kolhi had an outstanding serve going this match. But it has been a long time since I've seen such lopsided results. This is one of the ugliest return of serve lines I have ever seen, and will be hard to top the rest of 2019.

Kholi tends to mess up easy sitters and can generally make a routine match into a grueling 2 hour affair.

I think your analysis is probably accurate.
