Finally he won the atp world finals after wasting many chances since 2015.
He played his best, greating serving and defense and hit his forehand really hard.
Ruud played his best but he was completely outplayed by a better player even at 35 years old.
He should have been the number one if had allowed to play those tournaments missed and Wimbledon had allowed points

Djokovic is still clearly the best player in the world, when he plays. Hard to imagine he wouldn't have won the AO and maybe the USO had he competed, but well, that's his own fault.

He wasn't awful but Ruud still very clearly has the wrong attitude when facing top players.
