Everyone has been posted about the WTF finals, and that's normal, but the tennis season is not yet finished. There will be 2 challengers this week in Florianapolis (the city of Guga) and Lima and next week in Campinas and Maia (Portugal).

On the first challenger of the mini South American tour, the 22 years old Argentinian Francisco Cerundolo won his second challenger after having won in Split 6 weeks ago. I watched bit of his matches this week, and the guy has made some progress. Last year, he could not do better than QF in these events, and since he won in Split, it seems his confidence raised a lot. His forehand which was his main weapon is now even better, His delivery on this side is really impressive So is his run this week in Ecuador. He beat really good clay court players as Varillas, Munar, Carbellas Baena and Martin in the final. Francisco is now 162 in the ranking and has also a young brother Juan Manuel who is 18 years old and who had beaten Pablo Cuevas last year in Montevideo challenger, but his younger brother is less talented to my opinion but maybe moves better around the court.
