Easy win for Jannik against the veteran.
It's a bit sad to see Philip playing far from the level he had. He used to be so good here over the past years, so he should maybe thinking to retire someday.
There was some audience and a lot of support for Jannik, the man from South Tyrol.
Next round, against a real clay court specialist Ramos or Djere.
I wonder if Jannik would be capable to win his first title here, that would be a whole symbol, in the mythic ski station.

Indeed a nice win for Jannik, who was playing well, even though Kohli couldn't put up that much of a fight.

We might even have two Italians in the final, with Fogna from the top half of the draw.

But far too early to realistically say anything about the final at this stage yet, as there are so many clay court specialists in the draw. Most of them either with a bye or having already played well in their 1st round match.

Good to see Sinner is OK, no sign of injury.

Kohli is declined, but still good to get the win.
Hopefully he can have a good run here
