You probably mean those cramps, i think he had enough time for some treatmend, medicaments, or whathever- it was issue in 5th set, don´t think it should be issue in this match, only thing that can be issue, that he will be tired pretty soon, but with his style of game he can still win by serving that match out, but we will see.
