Very close match. Zemlja had two match points on Ortega's serve before tiebreak, Spanish saved both of them. Tie-break was close, Zemlja saved a match point with a good serve (Ortega's return went out) and played much better in the last few points.

Generally, sadly it looks like Zemlja's game declined a lot. In the first round he lost a set too against another weak player. Maybe he can snatch a good result in here because field is really weak and there are many non-clay players but i don't think Zemlja is an ATP level player and will not be any near time in the future.

Also, liked Ortega's game, he's better than futures level.

Clay is Zemlja's worst surface and he's coming back from an 8 month illness break. He'll be fine, as long as he's not getting double breadsticked like last week, we're not expecting miracles just yet.

Let's hope he gets back to his best...step by step.
