The thing with Nole and the AO is if he doesn't win the title, he doesn't have a deep run (for his standars). He reached the semis of AO "just" 7 times, 9 in Roland Garros and Wimbledon and 11 in the US Open.
Yeah, if he reaches the semi at AO, just hand him the title :grin2:
Still unbelievably balanced resume! No-one comes even close.

By the way, I added in the comments the milestone of Roger reaching 350 wins!

I don't see anyone reaching the 400 wins ever, I think this is the last milestone that could be achieved. Reaching 400 in average is 100 per slam an amount that only Roger reach in Wimbledon, not even Rafa and his 12 slams reach that number(of course he will in the near future).

The only one who is close is Gasquet but their is difference in wins is too big to take into account :grin2:
Right, Gasquet has it even more balanced!
He slipped under the radar as I was browsing through the list... under the screen boundary, that is... 0:)

Djokovic has the most evenly distributed wins over the 4 slams - from 68 to 72!
And he has less wins at his most dominant AO, than at Wimbledon, and even then at US Open.
It would be funny if Nole reach Quarterfinals in AO and at least QF in RG. Then for at least a couple of days, Nole will have 72 wins in the 4 slams.

PD: At least funnt for the stats, not for their fans :p

Rafa will do it faster. Took Federer a long time for it.

I dont see Rafa getting close on the other 3 slams. Federer will break 100 next year in AO.
But USOpen is a really big question mark.

And suprised that Nole wont get 100 on any of the 4 slams is suprising.

The thing I'm most surprised about Rafa is reaching the 300 wins milestone, he is 28 wins away. If he keeps playing he will reach it in 2021. Amazing achievment.

You need a lot of factors to make 100 wins in one slam, you need an amazing consistency in the tournament, and Nole doesn't have it in any of the 4. Of course he have 7 AO but he has more wins in W and USO than AO.
