There is the only thing that looks certain to me: Rafael Nadal is the only flawless tennis player in the world.
Playing in the worst condition, against his toughest opponent with favorable condition, and he still delivered an absolute annihilation.
Federer is the player I love but he is not flawless. His mental midget costs him in big times. Djokovic is a complete tennis player but his personality is questionable.
Only Rafael Nadal is flawless. Great champion. Great personality. Unmatched mental toughness.

(actually, "flawless" may sound a little exaggerated, hence you can think what I mean is that Rafa is the "least flawed" tennis players among everyone)

I don't care if it's covered in snow, it's clay and by default is the best of conditions.

It's the FO finals on PC ffs. How is that "worst conditon"? It's still the most favorable court in the whole world for him.

And "flawless"? Please call back when he wins YEC, Miami and Paris.

Nobody is flawless. The Big 3 are pretty damn close to it, but each has his flaws.

Lovely post. Truly.
Makes me warm more to Fed when I read things like this.
Rafa has flaws too, but perhaps less than the other two, when you factor in everything.
Federer was the first player to congratulate Nadal on Instagram. He acknowledged his greatness and his greatest rival. He even wished for more slams on their journey together as rivals.

Both Nadal and Federer are in awe and great respect for each other.

Djokovic personally despises both of them .

I'd like to correct the word "flawless" into "least flawed" in case it sounds too exaggerated.
As I talk about "flaws", it's not necessarily about his records. It is about his qualities and personality.

I never liked his attitude on court, so ferocious and gross (his serve routine...), and a lot of people think that, so I don't think you can say he is objectively flawless. Also, he is above all a clay specialist, and a great one, but for now it is a flaw in his resume. Don't forget he is very bad indoor HC.

2008 fedfans hated Rafa. They cheered all 2011 for novak. Pathetic reversal. But none of them are flawless, all human at the end. Rafa and Novak will fight for the Slam Record.

Federer is the most talented, his mental midgetry at times cost him many titles

His BH says otherwise

It doesn't hold up in the longhaul with Nadal's and Djokovic's.

It mostly got exposed by Nadal's topspin and ageing, otherwise it still a good weapon in his arsenal.
Aging? It was a worse shot 05-07 but few challenged it.
