This could go higher as match isn't over.
It's a qualie for Hamburg. Epic mug stuff, especially as he bagelled Mischa in the first set.

I wonder, guys, what's the record? I guess we can include ATP, ATP qualification (generally higher level than Challenger) and Challenger.

Re: Albert Montanes just missed 18 straight break points, but what's the record?

Idk but Thiem was 2 out of 22 twice this year (against RBA at AO and Cuevas at FO).

Nadal had a shocker vs GGL in Bangkok some years ago, and I think Stepanek won a match while converting 0/25 or something.

I believe the record holder is Struff with 19 straight bps.

2011 Furth Challenger QF - Struff def. Stebe 6-7(1) 6-3 6-3 ... Struff went 1/20 on bps in the first set alone, converting the 20th one.

2011 Halle R1 - Hernych def. Stakhovsky 6-3 6-7(5) 7-6(8) ... Stakhovsky bps won 1/20 (1/2 + 0/18)
1997 Santiago R1 - Burillo def. Pavel 6-4 6-7(8) 7-6(8) ... Pavel bps won 0/18
1991 Brasilia SF - Sanchez def. Shelton 1-6 7-6(2) 7-6(5) ... Sanchez bps won 0/18, Shelton bps won 2/2 :)

Tsonga missed 21 break points in a row from RG SF to Wimbledon R1 this year (12 against Wawrinka, 9 against Muller).
