What a way to end infamous 2020 but w/ a rebroadcast of equally infamous Adria Tour or the last 2020 tourn. w/ normal attendance thanks to EuroSport. I’m aware it was an exhibition but kudos to them for having the hutzpah to air these controversial but historic matches which occurred at one of the lowest periods of the pandemic when no one knew what was going to happen in the future for many sports.

It wasn’t so much the ‘quality’ or ‘prestige’ of the tourn. as much as the convivial nature of it during a severely depressing period of the pandemic ‘imprisoning’ element to keep the sport afloat in deprived regions of the world.
