Well done Chucho and not surprising with Cañas lacking matching practice.

They should have showed this match instead of the other one on the livestream.

Willy shocking on break point conversion.

Re: Acuapulco : Acasuso def "BP conversion king" Canas : 4/6 6/2 6/2

one of the worst results i've ever seen. This week is literally worst in recent tennis history, and possibly ever.

easy lay on Canas after first set , just too tired and tanked :D

Well done for Chucho, this is a very interesting match in principle, a contest between superior firepower and superior movement. Chucho kept his cool at the end, hopefully he goes deep here. As for Canas he will be fine after he becomes more match-tough.

TV for some reason showed the women's match early and the Nalbandian-Ventura match from the start. Clearly a case of lost priorities.

3 hours yesterday were too much for Willy

I saw this match on TV. It was very close, those two last sets dont show what the match was.

I guess Willy ain't fit enough. Consequences from yesterday were obvious. Never the less , cudos to Chucho.
