Wasn't NID at all meself tbh.
Looking at the bp conversation rate it seems "NID" to me. Sure Fokina might have played some good tennis here and there but it's meaningless if he gonna waste every opportunity he gets.

Either his form is on decline a bit or the slow surface effect is real. Or both.
Well, he makes it very clear he absolutely hates these courts lol

Tbh Med plays worse now than a week ago.

Either his form is on decline a bit or the slow surface effect is real. Or both.

And btw the last two games of the match were so telling. ADF just mentally collapsing on his serve and Med serving for the match as strong as it theoretically possible.
Med playing with a taped wrist. Its probably swollen as hell atm. Thats gonna affect how you play.

It seems he is getting out of gas and should skip Miami next.
Depends on his IW performance.

If he'll win IW he should try Miami, just for the winning streak.

Imagine him winning 5 tournaments in a row including sunshine double, that's legendary stuff.

He has chances to pull this off, though not very big. Hope no serious injuries he's got.

Exactly my point, but in order to keep the winning streak, you need to be in shape and give your best, otherwise 5 tournaments in a row surely will exhaust you and add a big risk of getting an injury.

They don't play every day in IW and Miami so it's pretty manageable.

And if he wins IW his first match in Miami will be like 4 or 5 days later.

Big "if" though.
