The Swiss can progress there, even without Fed Stan should beat the Yanks on a clay court.
Roger will never get a better chance to add DC to his accomplishments.

Yanks on clay is a dream R1 draw and if they win, then there's a good chance Fed will be enthusiastic enough to want to take them further.
Spain, if the Swiss are at home, they'll put Nadull on ice.
Because they've not got past the first round for years and years cause Fed's never took part.

Yeah I mean USA-France-Spain-Serbia/Argentina, when are they going to get another easy draw like that?

I'm a bit torn - would like to attend the DC tie in Switzerland but also Germany against Argentina :awww:
Roger is going to play in Rotterdam the week after the DC weekend which means that the chances he is going to play might not be that bad as he is in Europe anyway.

US isn't an easy draw, in comparison. I mean, they can't count on the doubles point, Stan will have to beat either Fish or Andy (or Isner, man, what a tough job for Courier, if I were him I'd put Isner against Roger - but then to leave Andy out of it completely?)

Considering they were not seeded,getting a home tie against the USA is probably one of the best draws for the Swiss.Obviously it`s tough to say which top players will be involved in this competition considering it`s an Olympic year.

Good, our boys can and will take out the Swiss, if they pick hardcourt, I back Fish and Roddick over Wawrinka on indoor hard. Hopefully Austria loses to Russia (very questionable), and Kazakhstan will definitely lose.

Unfortunately, Italy will be losing R1 barring unforseen events.
USA will defeat Federer-absent Switzerland. If they pick clay and Fed is not there, the US will win the tie. If they pick indoor hard, the US will win the tie. Anything other than that will be unacceptable.

Glad Canada and Japan are at home, could be some nice upsets. Interesting draw all around, really too bad it'll be another year where Spain hosts their opponents every round and is gifted another title :fiery:
