From his recent interview:
"No, I don't think it adds or removes pressure. The season unfolded as it did: yes, the Grand Slams were shared, but we still had two very different seasons. I am extremely happy with the year I'm still completing. I feel what I have achieved is exceptional. What Carlos is achieving is also remarkable: he has won many titles this year. He deserves to be up there, it's as simple as that. He has played more tournaments and played them all at a very high level of tennis. If he has produced great results, he deserves to be there."

:rotfl: Lol at Sinner's butthurt here. He pretty much says, "Alcaraz is number one because he played more tournaments. Had I played that many tournaments, I would be the number one."
Dare I remind you why Alcaraz played more tournaments?
Or should I remind you how Sinner fared against Carlos in tournaments where they both were in the draw?

The "he had played more" dig aside, really interesting choice of words from Binner here. The mask is starting to crack, perhaps...

Sinner clearly doesnt have the mindset of an ATG. He just isnt greedy enough He's too wussified . After that RG GOAT choke and his pathetic US open performance (where on paper he was the heavy favorite especially after Wimbledon), He should be pissed and disappointed and going for jugulars the rest of the year bageling everyone including Carlos for indoor season and then next year take the Calendar Slam and the tour's souls giving them no hope mentally.

Too early to know that. He won two slams in two years in a row. Every two-slam year is great imo. If he loses AO, maybe there is a reason to panic for him. We will see. Pressure more on him now. He should dominate till Miami next year.

Well he's not wrong, Sinner missed 4 M1000s because of that ban, of which he would have won at least 1 and possibly 2, and the rankings in the race would be a lot closer now than what it is.

For the 2nd time in a row, Alcaraz has benefited a lot from outside factors to clinch #1, but at least this year it was a lot more deserving than in 2022.

I see nothing but a butthurt, glorifying piece of a trolling individual worshipper in the OP here. Whenever there's a chance to make a snappy remark towards Sinner and bash-throw his overall achievements he's made until now into the trash can, this poster is always among the ones in the first row. Disgusting.

Nothing bad about what he said. He has respect to Alcaraz, but at the same the time knows his own value.
He was unlucky to lose that RG final and it was the key for #1 position currently.
