Yes I like to tell my TT picks around the forum haha.
Actually I thought you would pick him. But I think Dasnieres is a good clay courter too.
Remember you can change your picks .
Good finding.

. Yeah Dasnieres seems to be playing well of late on the clay but I feel as though Ward is in good enough form to beat him. The emphatic win against Spadea was impressive even though Spadea has been shocking of late.

I know that we are going to have a difference in the Ball vs Prodon match though. I tipped Ball but it will be a close match.

He's not I'm afraid. Goodall is, but he lost and Boggo beat Ryler DeHeart in first qulaifying round.

He won't be British #2 for much longer at this rate. 2-13 on the Tour this year, including that one trip down to Futures.

His immediate successor is likely to be Dan Evans, who looks like he might finally be ready to realise his potential. He has been in the high 200s before, but arguably that was a bit of a fluke run, cushioned mostly by that surprise British challenger win a couple of years ago. This year, he has a new, improved attitude, and he seems to be really chasing the points. Another good challenger event on British soil, in Bath (SF to Tursunov), and he is currently touring Asia to get some cheap points on the Futures circuit. If he stays fit, it looks like he will be targeting top 250 within a couple of months, and presumably that all-important Wimbledon WC.

Why our other Brits don't chase points is beyond me. Yes, the match wins aren't as valuable (because the opposition aren't as good as Europeans, South Americans etc), but it is only through winning matches that a player can grow in confidence. I lost count of the number of times I saw Boggo's name in strong challenger draws (despite only offering 80/90pts), yet he wasn't entering more lucrative, weaker draws.

Fantastic week James. Followed every match and watched the semi. Well played from some Australian fans in Sydney. Hope you continue your form at Eastbourne and on to the Championship.
