...And won the title!
His ranking will be low 400's

His rankin is currently 377 so hopefully top 300 by end of year

James lost in the L16 of the Jersey Challenger event today, but managed to do so in a way that promises so much more...
Chris Guccione (Aus) bt James Ward (Gbr) 6-4 4-6 7-6[13-11]
2009 could be a big break through year for Wardy if he continues to compete so well when against higher ranked opposition.

So, I hope he defeats Dasnieres de Veigy at Sarasota CH and make first SF for my TT hehe.
Quite talented on clay court, if Britain is suposed to play on clay on any Davis Cup event he should be called.

Does this mean that my opponent is tipping Ward?  . Don't worry though I hve already submitted my picks and for the record I tipped Ward as well.
And yeah he should be a certain starter for the British DC team if they ever play a clay tie.
