I hate to say it, but Ajax to win it @ 4.20 is huge value (Unibet).
I have been looking at this market for some weeks now, as PSV's form was and is completely gone over the last few weeks. Ajax are only 3 points behind now and Ajax' goal difference is almost the same as PSV (3 goals in favour of PSV).
But Ajax have a far more potent attacking line, so I can see them closing that goal difference gap quite easily.
And let's have a look at the last 4 matches:

TWENTE home
UTRECHT away
VITESSE home

Ajax:
RKC away
NAC home
SPARTA home
WILLEM II away

Ajax have BY FAR the more easier end of the competition. They will win quite easily against RKC and Willem II and they will take Sparta to the cleaners. That match should be the one to work on the goal difference. NAC is a decent side, but I expect a small home win there.

Now PSV. To be honest, the first 3 matches are very very tough for them. I just cannot see them taking 9 points from that, especially with the Champions League matches against Liverpool in the middle of it. And add the injury troubles to it and I am pretty confident they will lose points in the next couple of matches.
