Scottish or Irish. I like proper English too (like all Americans, I'm a sucker for any accent from the British Isles), but I think Irish and Scottish are a little warmer and in general more pleasant on the ears. Like others on here, Irish on women and Scottish on men is the ultimate.
I also like the sound of Portugese and spanish-speaking folks speaking English. The accentuated vowels and rolling rrrrs are very charming.
