Australian Open 2000-2013: 3 - 3 - 5 - 1 - 2 - 2 - 1 - 4 - 1 - 2 - 2 - 3 - 2 - 3.
Roland Garros 2000-2012:   0 - 4 - 2 - 2 - 8 - 3 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 1 - 3 - 5.
Wimbledon 2000-2012:       3 - 2 - 3 - 3 - 4 - 2 - 3 - 1 - 4 - 4 - 4 - 3 - 3.

This stats shows we can expect at least one match of this type at every Slam, strangely no-one won a m.p.-down match in Paris four years running, even though in Paris occurred a tournament with the most m.p.-down wins (2004), which is maybe even weirder.

Theoretically winning on clay from a match point down is tougher because matches are longer out there, so in a 5th set a player who faces a match point is potentially more tired than at other majors, moreover it's tougher to gain quick points directly with serves or with a serve-(another shot) 2-stroke combo.
