Yes I have actually but it's a matter of what you are used to- plus the one I use has greater flexibility than the newer model I tried.

Have you ever heard that you get used to everything?
I agree with you that newer models aren't always better... I tested the Flexpoint Radical but stayed with the Liquidmetal.

go to tenniswarehouse.com they have reviews and ratings - from groundstrokes, serves, volleys to overheads comfort and feel - on alot of the rackets by official reviewers as well as customers. that's how i found my liquid metal prestige. about three days of going back and forth comparing, then demoing them: all heads: liquid metal radical, prestige and flexpoint radical and prestige.

i stuck with the prestige but im paranoid that my strings are gonna pop and i cant find another one. for that reason thinking of switching to the radical cuz i can buy as many sticks as i want.

Yeah, about tenniswarehouse.com.
I can demo as many rackets as I want here, but I only demoed the Heads. I like the Radical, it has good power and good control. I'm planning to move to the Prestige in some time.

i tried a couple of times the Liquidmetal but I sensed that you have to be very precise with it. if you dont hit with the sweet spot you have a tough time controlling the ball.

is it really like that or maybe it was a string problem for me?

Depends... the Radical isn't so sensitive, but the Prestige is exactly like that.

i love my liquid metal prestige. its a bit light which made me want to put some lead tape at the tip but my fh swing is late enough as it is.

my other rackets have been:

prince turbo shark OS. recommended by tennis magazine's editors. it's a good beginner racket but its way too light and way too powerful.

yonex ti-80 way back in high school. same as the prince but a little heavier which means more shock protection.

head radical - god this is like from 94 or something. heavy with a small face, kinda reminds me of the wilson nsix one tour

id like to try that racket some time. it was pretty highly rated on tenniswarehouse. one thing thats kept me from using yonex (again) is watching lleyton hewitt - he never seems to get enough pop on the ball. could be just him but...
