Yo- I am new here (luv Tipsy!). The gesture is "the vicht", its like a celebratory salute, the same way pumping your fist would be. Its from a Swedish player originally, and popularized by Hewitt.there are even more sports players outside of tennis doing it too. Really popular in swimming.
