Israel played against Andorra this year in neutral venue because of the war in Lebanon. FIFA decided few weeks ago that the matches are coming back to Israel, and also the last WC qualies have been played at Israel.
You're right about some quality players, i think that everyone know Benayoun, who struggling with a minor injury but probably will play. Ben Haim is an excellent back sweeper, Dudu Aouate is doing an excellent job in Deportivo and Idan Tal is also decent.
If you saw the matches of Haifa against Liverpool you could've notice some quality players from there that are playing for Israel - but the main one is the Striker who came from Argentina - Roberto Colautti, who have an Israeli citizenship and will play tomorrow.
The last qualies campign for Israel was excellent, as we took a draw from France, Swiss and Ireland, home and away.
The Israeli coach is the coach with the most trophies in the Israeli league history, he sure knows how to coach and he will do to Hiddink some troubles.
I saw in the news that there's a huge pressure on Guus to win this match, as some doubts he worth the money that he's paid for.
Israel probably will play defensivly and try to attack from counter attacks, so if Russia will win it'll be a minimal win IMO.
Israel + 1 @ 2.02 - Gamebookers (Russia wins by 1 goal and the money is back) is a very good bet IMO...good luck all

I am new too but I think it's the definition for money.
For me, it's 1unit = 1 Australian dollar, but for others it can be pound, euro, US$ etc..
