whit his current ranking he wouldn't have to play qualies.....Curious which tournamens he will play after the States trip, maybe valencia or estoril....

He is probably playing DC, he will play a Challenger in Sunrise, IW...and I think qualies for Miami too no???

yeah

at least he now has the ranking to get into the most atp tournaments. would be great if he makes it on his own into rosmalen and amersfoort so they can give a wildcard to someone else

haase plays valencia, which is the best tournament of the week. In the other two events robin has more chances of winning but we will see

Yep he's playing qualies for IW this week. Here's his part of the draw
(5) HAASE, Robin NED v LEVY, Harel ISR
ECONOMIDIS, Konstantinos GRE v (16) ANDERSON, Kevin RSA

Edit: It took a while but R. Haase def. H. Levy 6-1 4-6 7-5. Hope he does well against Economidis/Anderson.

He now has to play Anderson, a tough one! The man in shape, but Haase is also in shape! So let's go for it!

Do I understand correct that after this tournament he will go for the qualifications in Miami too? Or is he high enough to get in there on his own?
And how do you know which tournaments he's going to play? I can't find it anywhere, as he doesn't have an up-to-date website!

He will play the challenger in Sunrise which is next week if he isn't in the tournament of indian wells anymore. He will also play qualies in Miami. Then in April he will play the tournament of Valencia. Indeed he hasn't got a site like krajicek with a year program but he will play the clay season most of the tournaments on the atp tour he will get in, then grass season with maybe halle or queens and for sure Rosmalen and Wimbledon. Challenger Scheviningen and ATP Amersfoort,

six weeks before the start of a tournament you have to sign in and you can find the entry listst here on menstennisforums

Robin qualified for the MD by defeating Anderson 6-1 6-7(7) 6-4. Robin had mp's in the second set but bounced back nicely after losing the set to take the match.

He's been placed in the bottom half of the draw, and will play his first match against another qualifier, Dusan Vemic, if he wins he'll be meeting Juan Monaco in the second round. He'll be playing his first round match today, sixth and last match on stadium 3.

Wow, really cool! And Vemic is very well doable! So second round, here Robin comes, I would say!! And of course, to state the obvious, Monaco isn't impossible either. I think it's a very good draw with all the clay players in his part. I know the level of their game is probably higher, but Robin is more a hardcourt player than they are.

Good win for Robin, mentally tough after losing the second set. Two decent wins in his first outdoor event since januari. Vemic is a must win then he has 28 points minus 8 points from a challenger which maybe brings him in Julio's top 75
