Re: The Rain Haters thread
Another thing that I don't understand from part of the US Open rain policy is if Wimbledon everytime when it's raining cover the courts until the rain is over, why in US Open doesn't do the same?? I think is easier to vacuum a cover carpet before to retired it to vacuum the hardcourt surface over and over again. Well, it's my opinion.

Re: US Open - Scheduling and Weather Updates
The storm has pulled out. If the lingering showers can pull out before tonight, we might be able to see some tennis.

Never happen. CBS has AA coverage and you will see Andre, then Sharapova, then Roddick.

Re: Better forecast for tomorrow- weather updates!
Three things:
1) Hurray for chaos!!!
2) If I miss the Nalby/Safin match, which I also have been waiting two days, I will destroy the universe and every single living thing in it.
3) Who else reckons that Safin and Nalby will be completely off the boil and unfocused because of the re-scheduling? Mabye that's just them normally

Re: Better forecast for tomorrow- weather updates!
God damn it.
They're showing a replay of Hewitt v Sampras 2001 US Open Final. Hewitt was such a better player back then Much better serving, awesome Federer-esque half volleying from the baseline, and incredible tactics. I don't think the game has passed him by; he was just alot better in his teens.

Re: Better forecast for tomorrow- weather updates!
tomorrow's coverage is: agassi, roddick, serena on cbs
they probably won't go around the grounds so we're gonna miss a lot of great tennis
