Re: Chuuuuuuuuuuucho in Davis Cup, it's time to bring the Cup to Argentina
Chucho got thumped 6-0 6-4 6-1 to Söderling.
Just a horrible day from him, making so many mistakes from both sides and couldn't serve very well. This is a very tough loss at home especially, he has to learn from it.
Argentina are still faves and should make it through to the next stage.

Acasuso is in the squad for the DC final, it would be great if he could purge that memory from the QFs, but I think he will be the non-playing member.

It would be great if Chucho got a gig after some of his experiences in Davis Cup.

Looks like he might get that chance and replace Del Potro in the reverse singles against Verdasco
This DC final has suddenly become one worth watching

Yes, well this is the time to stand up and purge the memories of his last singles tie. He has a good record against Ferrer, hope he can serve well and be the man to keep Argentina alive.

Re: Chuuuuuuuuuuucho in Davis Cup, you aren't the scapegoat for the loss
Chucho was on a hiding to nothing, but did well, though the scoreline doesn't say that.

Yes, he did fight and give his all. The whole team lost, not just him. Next year will be better! Vamos Argentina!
