The ants are in the house
Get those ant baits mentioned by Jiat and sprayed around outside of the house to prevent insects getting in.
Here the ants are more nasty. They are fire ants and really hurt when bitten. So far, only found them outside. Whenever we found an anthill or hole, hubby has to put some powderly stuff to kill the ants but usually, they just moved to another place. But at least after many times, it seems they are gone now.

We have those "white ants" too. They love to chew up your house. Fingers crossed that there's none inside the house.
Edit: Finally remember those "white ants" are called termites

yah me too, I'm quite fed up of all that rain, I can't wait for the snow But -20 degrees is a bit too cold for my liking

-20... dunno how those temperatures are. But I would love to have a winter with continously below 0 degrees. The past years it was too warm and I am afraid it will stay like this the coming years as well

Do you check the Calgary temperature every morning ? I usually love to check the temperature in Death Valley, just to see the difference

I have to agree it's quite worrying I wonder how hotter it is in North/South Poles?
