So far there is Keifer, Andreev, and Stephanek out.
So Nico will be #37 at the US Open.
Still waiting to hear about Ancic and Hewitt - they both could be out which will move him to #35.
Still not enough to be seeded though. And again, I don't want to see all sorts of guys in the top out at the US Open. That would suck. (Yes, I know Kid you only care about Nico.  ). |

Ancic is out I guess that he was the first one and I'm really hoping for more 
I'm sorry NicoFan but I thought ok in one side is the uso with all the stars and in the other side is Nico's seeding with 150 points to defend .... of course that I didn't think about it twice!!! I only care about Nico!!! so come on guys!!!! go home and don't play the USO |

According to Judio, Ancic isn't confirmed out yet.
Well for all other tournaments, I only care about Nico. But for the US Open, I care about the Open too. Sorrrrrry Nico.  |

ancic is not oficially out, but nico needs 8 withdraws to get the 32 seed
i hope nico wins some matches to stay in the top 50, if he loses in the 1st round will be out of the 50's

Good Luck to Nico at the USO!!!!  No doubt it would be better to be seeded but of course that doesn't mean a good draw either. I know he will play his best no matter what it turns out to be because Nico is our fighter!  |
