Arm friendly raquets ?
Elbow pain is mostly cause from having a stiff arm at contact. Make sure you're bending your elbow and keeping it tucked in towards your ribbies upon contact. Alos, try leaning into the ball with forward momentum. Most inexperienced players tend to hit with 'all arm' and not enough body.
