La deux has coverage every day between 20.00 and 22.20 approx.

Sporza (Belgian TV) during Malisse - Nalbandian in one of the first games of the second set: "Xavier hasn't had any break chances yet, has he?" Malisse had already broken Nalbandian at 5-3 in the first.

And the same Sporza but another commentator during Djokovic - Stepanek: "It's been a while since Djokovic won his last tournament. It was in Estoril this year." Half an hour later this was corrected though.

Okay, these commentators have got to lay off the hyperbole juice, post haste. They are acting as if Federer doesn't regularly face off with the guy with the biggest serve in the men's game. This match will probably be decided in the tie breaks.

Mary Carillo is going ape because Isner was serving in the 130s. WTF?

It sucks that RTBF doesn't show live day session matches like they used to. Now all you get are recorded matches from the day.

I haven't really followed their coverage this year yet, but I noticed they were showing Roddick - ToJo and Haas - Grosjean live today. But indeed they used to have more live coverage than just a couple of hours.

Hahaha. Jiri Novak has retired.

Wally Masur the Aussie guy when commentating on Ginepri's volleying skills. "He has hands of stone, he is just like the boxer Roberto Duran, except he has a racquet in his hands".

Fred Stolle in the Stani/Ginepri match, this was in the 2nd set which was fairly ordinary.

"The woman in the front row is falling asleep and I can't say I blame her".

Pearls from Dácio Campos, the Nadal-ass-licker/Brazilian commentator for Sportv:

"(laughing) Gulbis is spanking Boredo"
"The only way for Boredo to win this is to hire a sniper, and fast (laughing)"
"The boy is making Pizza of Boredo"

All with the proper substitution of Robredo for the real stuff: Boredo.

Ha! Dácio Campos is the offical Nadal/Federer-ass-licker. But, lately, he is finding Nadal's ass more tasty. Whenever Dácio is commentating on a Nadal's match it is as if the official soundtrack is that old rap song "Baby got back".

My fav thing about Dácio is when Nadal hits a volley that any profesional tennis player should be able to hit and he goes out and say "Oh, he is volleying great".

During the Haas/Blake match Johnny Mac said, ''Are you sure Federer's human?'' And the other commentator said ''Do you see him in a lockeroom with a cape?'' That cracked me up.

Comments during the LaLo/Fed match at the changeover.

This was between Fred Stolle and Scott Draper.

Stolle: "They got the music here blaring".
Draper: "An excuse to make an idiot of yourself"

Stolle: "Only in New York, and they get and see themselves on the screen. Look at the girl she is taking a photo of herself on the big screen". You go girls.

Then there is this man dancing on steps.

Stolle: "Don't fall"
Draper: "I don't think he'd hurt anything if he did"

After the man finishes the dance he hugs his wife or something

Stolle in a bemused tone: "Is that meant to be sexy"
Draper: "I can't see how"

lol, wish I was listening to this instead of Ted Robinson. Actually, I would have preferred to listen to a baby cry for two hours than listening to Ted Robinson.
