And there are more rising up the rankings.
Most of these started playing professionally very late. I believe the reason for their success are new training and support systems in Germany where players get much better practice conditions than a few years ago. And officials have realised that players beyond the age of 20 can still have lots of potential, which countries like France have proven for years already.
