Re: Adrian Mannarino Cheering Thread
Here's what Koubek wrote in his blog before the match:
http://www.tennisfabrik.at/view.php?id=11786
Something like:
My next opponent is A. Mannarino, a young French player who is about to enter the top 100. I know him from the French team Championships last year. An extremely talented guy who is able to speed up the ball nicely. But when it gets tight, he tends to struggle. The not easy conditions here (altitude, very hot weather, one half of the court is in the shade, etc.) should favour me because of my experience - the line judges also are everything but flawless, another thing a Junior must learn to deal with (even we oldies sometimes have our problems with it... ;-))
He seemed quite confident for the event and isn't mentioning any injury. I hope he will write a report about the match too.

Re: Adrian Mannarino Cheering Thread
Wow, impressive scoreline. Bravo Adrian- wasn't top 80 his original goal for this year? It still doesn't look out of the question he could make it. Top 100 soon enough.

Re: Adrian Mannarino Cheering Thread
No Korolev, it will be wild-card Bautista-Agut in the QF!
Never heard of him, as usual.

Re: Adrian Mannarino Cheering Thread
Me neither. There are far too many players out there for me to keep up. From what I read, Korolev played badly though I have no idea what it says for this guy's form. Besides Korolev, his only other win this year of 'note' was against Massu and lord knows he can play dreadfully and is also aging fast. Also in the last couple of months he has barely won any matches, Massu was his last win pre this tournie- a month ago.
Anyway Adri and Bautista-Agut play 1st match tomorrow at 12pm. Doubt that stream will work for it, as it's an early match, so looks like more livescore fun. Hopefully Adrian won't have too many problems with this guy.

Re: Adrian Mannarino Cheering Thread

Was there a livestream, did you see the match, frici?
Some consistency in the results would be nice too, but at least this permanent rollercoaster makes the few good runs feel even more awesome.
Granollers or Dimitrov now.

Re: Adrian Mannarino Cheering Thread
Bravo Adrian!!! Finally a good week again.
Granollers next, just finished a tight one. Played pretty well, I expect a tough match against Adrian (but how tough I have no idea since the stream has never started early enough to allow us to see Adrian play!).
To the tournaments directors, please televise both semi finals.
To Adrian, I would really like to see you in the final (vs Mahut ), so please win tomorrow.

Re: Adrian Mannarino Cheering Thread
Playing at 12.30 again, at least he should be used to the conditions by now.
Koubek didn't comment on their match in his blog.
