ooooh. I like this  one tiny comment though, just an initial thought I had when I first glanced at the picture. the trail of stars looked like a rash on his neck. but that soon cleared up when I concentrated on that spot

You are right Penny i wanted to delete those stars but the problem with the shitty program i use is that u can't cancel something if u make another effect on the pic after this one ( i mean the stars) so i had to let the stars dunno if if i'm clear thu lol anyway  next time i'll try to do something better |
