Re: The * Beat 'Em All in Barca, David* Cheering Thread
I'm sat on my couch watching Rafa and David. Man, David is playing good, but nothing is good enough to beat the bull. He's seriously playing great tennis.
Sue, I'm sure you're a great model. Personally I much prefer seeing a real woman than a stick girl on the catwalk.

He seems to have calmed down a little in this second set. Playing really well, giving Rafa a much harder time.

Maybe we can buy him a first serve? He's playing better but he's getting his lovely ass kicked

If I could buy first serves, I would buy myself one first.
He's playing much more agressive now, which is the key to making Rafa work. Still don't say he's winning though.

I don't think he was playing bad in the first set at all. He just looked like he was a little nervous and searching for a way to hurt Rafa.(hurt=tickle)

His serve was worse on Tuesday!!
I spent the whole first set telling my dad how nervous he gets in big matches

He does get quite nervous. And I thought that he would come out with a better game plan but instead it took him until the second to start thinking while wielding his racquet.

His serve needed to work from the first point which it didn't

True.
He just played an aweful game plus Rafa pulled a rabbit out of his hat on that second point so I'd say, the match is over.

He did, unfortunately Fox Sports doesn't show the ceremony.
Rome is next. Hope he can play like he did today in the second.
I'm off to take a shower, get dressed and walk my doggie. Hasta luego!
