Everything looks ok in the OP except Muller who is 8-3 (nine if we count his qualifying round at Wimbledon '07).

Three players added 5-setters this weekend:
16-7 Marin Cilic, 14-6 Philipp Kohlschreiber, 8-4 Denis Istomin.

Kohli in bizarre fashion lost first time as the scoreline reached 5:5 [to be precise he didn't allow that retiring at 5:4 (0/40)]. Previously had been 7-0 from 5-all in the 5th set. Djokovic is 8-0 in similar circumstances.
