His injury wasn't over, you could clearly see that he couldn't run 100% and he had to put ice on his knee during every break. But his game was great and I think he deserved to win, tho Dick played really wel in first set as well.

I didn't ask about his injury today, didn't get to it in my talk with him. So I have no more information, except for what I've seen.

Yeah it was great, was a bit afraid for the match, esp when I noticed that he was a bit injured. But luckily he played really well.
I'll try to go there again on friday, but it depends a lot on the OOP and what time my appointment with my teacher is finished.

Hopp Marco

Yvo Glad you had fun

I am still at my alarm clock (or my sleepy head sleeping through it). But at the same time I needed the sleep, so perhaps it is for the better.

Hopp Marco on Friday

I read somewhere that Norman was complaining about Marco faking an injury :retard:

Default Re: Marco Chiudinelli

I just found it in Dick Norman's diary as well...

Quote:

Doei ...

Now Dick is always one to complain (read his previous diary entries if you understand Dutch; hardly anything is ever right with hotels etc and there are always excuses), but I feel he is going way too far in this entry.

He says that Marco was acting as if he could retire any moment, looked as if he was in pain, kept grabbing his knee after every point. Yet, he ran 'faster than any other'. Dick calls it poor acting skills :retard: And he says that many other players thought the same. Which is funny, as he complains later about the time of the match and how there were only twelve people watching Were they all players, except Yvo? :retard:

Juicy detail.. They share the same coach. And obviously they don't get along.

That's a shame big dick reacted like this! It reminds me a bit of federer saying that djoko was pretending he was injured whereas he really was...

@ Dick.
There weren't many people indeed, tho more than 12, and yes there were some other players watching as well (if I am right). But Marco definitely didn't act maybe his injury wasn't that bad, coz yes he could run, but definitely not 100%. I saw him getting injured on tuesday, and I am sure he didn't fake it. of course others can always doubt my opinion as I am a big fan of Marco and I can't see something bad of him
I would say players should accept their lose, no matter what way their opponent is acting.

It was funny! Of course it wasn't nice for the opponent and I know it wasn't good. But I would've liked it as well if it was the other way around. I am a bit strange and usually see the fun of bad things.
Btw. I know something negative in Marco's game, he often takes a lot of time to stand up and go play again. Not as much as Nadal, but regularly a lot of time. I don't like that. oh and he doesn't do it all the time, like Nadal
