Re: Don't be afraid of some dirt - U.S. Men's Claycourt Championship
I guess it's time to look forward to Houston. The clay season is already knocking at the door. How many matches will Robby win in Houston this year? I think he will lose his first round match, but I wouldn't be mad at him if he decides to prove me wrong. Good luck Robby!!!

Speaking of clay season, I just read that Robby is going to play the World Team Cup in Düsseldorf this year. Looks as if he really wants to become a better player on clay.

I hate to say it, but this year he needs to be a better player everywhere However, he has had some health
problems which I'm sure hasn't helped him any So ready or not here comes the Clay Court Season

He's also playing the River Oaks International exhibition next week. So it'll be Andy, Robby, and the Bryans in Dusseldorf, one of the best teams the US has put there in a while

That's true, but in contrast to his clay results he already showed that he can compete on hard courts. I don't know how his record on clay looks like, but I think it might be 3-18 or something like that. I'm sure that he will be healthy for the tournament in Houston.

Thanks for the link. May be it's a good thing that Robby can play some matches without the kind of pressure in ATP tour.

Looks like Robby is going to be the one who plays Pete at the River Oaks Thingy. Scared of that (wish I could see it).

Re: Don't be afraid of some dirt - U.S. Men's Claycourt Championship
Cool cool that's what the rumor mill had suggested (well him or Taylor and Taylor's obviously not fit or whatever). River Oaks is supposed to be a nice little event. Shame on me that I never made it over there while I was in town.
