Friday scores
Well, here we go! Hewitt v Ferrero to start <rubs hands in glee>.
(Nobody here? I guess that means everyone's either a) already asleep, or b) watching the match, c) eating turkey. Depends on timezone and inclination.)
I see there are no live scores on the Davis Cup website <grrrr>.
Eurosport or Channel 7 will have to do instead I guess.

Re: Friday scores
Hmmm, article with link to the live scoreboard has *just* appeared on daviscup.com (not before time either!!!). And it *does* appear to be working, so I won't post updates here.

Re: Friday scores
Hi Number1Kim, glad to know someone else is out there! Probably won't be able to stay and follow this too long as it's the wee hours here now.
Hope you enjoy the matches!

Re: Friday scores
Me neither, Central. An hour behind you, but I'm yawning my head off already....wonder why they didn't put these matches on later in the day? The semi against Switzerland was actually at a reasonable time to watch from Europe.

Re: Friday scores
I'm here, in and out...
on the daviscup.com live scoreboard what's the 0 next to Lleyton's name and the 1 next to Juan Carlos's name for (in blue all the way to the left)? I'm just curious. Looks like they're both holding relatively easy so far.

Nah, this isn't 2002 anymore He's gifted Hewitt one win already, that was more than enough
(that said, I fully expect Hewitt to come raging back and any minute now, and eventually win this match)

Re: Friday scores
my fault, I didn't make myself clear. I meant that JC will pull a Federer like what Federer did in Paris not playing well and having no confidence and not looking good and then bang, show up at the next tournament (Houston) playing all great and beat people a lot of us thought he'd lose to. It'd just be funny for Ferrero, after how horrible he looked in Houston, to show up in Oz and smack all the nay-sayers.
