See Labamba's answer - TMS are not compulsory in TT 
Even if they were though, your 5 points from Toronto would just have replaced 5 points from an IS event. |

Managers decided early on that the TT TMC should have the best players who have shown good form throughout the year and not just win one big tournament. Look at greatkingrat, he won the Aus Open and haven't done almost nothing since (and he still might qualify). |

I've dropped out of the TMC spots cos I didn't win a singles match between Roland Garros and Cincy! 6 straight defeats (and once I forgot to send tips)! That's gotta be some kind of record. The odds of it happening are about 64/1...
Gotta fight my way back into the top 5 now. Not easy.
