Just throwing it out there.

Given Andy's mental/confidence issues, I think a win over Federer under any condition or circumstance is a strong positive.

I'd be excited and happy, but cautiously so, because i think he still needs the big wins when it REALLY matters, too.

Re: Earth, Grind & Power: Kooyong thread
It didn't mean much when Agassi embarrassed him at exhibitions, especially while playing with his long-retired wife Steffi versus SUPERSTAR Kournikova.
(I wonder how great it is to act like a caveboy who conveniently had amnesia after a certain Australian Open bathroom break.) OOGA MOOGA
It was pitiful enough when Luke Jensen insincerely predicted that AMERICAN HERO RODDICK would RIDE TO A US OPEN TITLE using the LETHAL SERVE.
During Wimbledon, Luke whined that Andy made the BIG MISTAKE OF FIRING GILBERT. After WTT exhibitions, Luke BOASTED THAT RODDICK LOST to sensational RAMON DELGADO, who saved HIS TEAM.

In the Cincinnati semifinal, Andy acted shocked to look heroic on TV. He totally pee peed himself after scraping the skiin off his arm.

Re: Earth, Grind & Power: Kooyong thread
They usually update after every set, at least that was what happened in past years. and some of it is on tv in australia and people will give scores.
monfils will be tough for andy considering it'll be Andy's first match in 2 months and Monfils just made the final of Doha and really pushed Roger. Andy didn't get into town all that early and probably only had one or two practices there so yeah. we'll see. He gets 3 matches no matter what, though.

Re: Earth, Grind & Power: Kooyong thread
Glad he is finally going to be playing, I am curious to see if the off season has made any difference.
