I used to dislike Australian teams quite a lot... and I always disliked our tennis players, but now I quite like them except for Hewitt - but because of Hewitt I can not support Australia in Davis Cup.

Cricket is a very popular sport here too and I HATE the Australian cricket team with a passion, in that I support England because I'm half English. Everyone in my family is English but I've lived all my life in Australia.

I do support the Australians in the Olympics and in the football though.... tomorrow night I am going to our World Cup qualifier against Qatar - it will be my first international football match ever

I must say that my second choice in football national teams is Ukraine because my absolute fav' player is Shevchenko but as ukraine is saddly not in the final draw I picked romania as my second fav' for the compatition

@peta: I loooooooved australian team thanks to mark philippoussis who was one of my fav' player. But though i like hewitt's game I think he is an asshole and don't really support him anymore...

@flo: I hope you know this young romanian tenniswoman: sorana cirstea! she is great! i like her a lot! I would like to see andrei playing double with her one day...but I know andrei don't play mixed doubles

about sorana..i must to tell you at AO 2008 Andrei and raluca olaru, a young girl(18 years), intented to play at mixed doubles, but they didn't catch the draw

so andrei wanted to play in mixed! great news! maybe one day I'll have him playing with Sorana on the same court, in the same team!

I saw him play live, talk to him, I also meet in by chance in the street and so I have a great pix where he is all dressed up...well, where he is not in jogging or in fila, I kissed him one time, I was so happy I cried!
Mark was my third fav' after andrei (of course) and Pete Sampras...I thought he would become my number one fav one day because I thought Andrei would retire before him but, hehe! andrei is still playing for the joy of us all!

Hope he'll play with Sorana this year at RG...if I see him before the draw is out I'll give him the idea

mark has been injured for so long...if I remember well his last match was in 2005...his knee hurts him too much...poor mark...but he did not retire, i mean not really. It's just me who can't imagine he'll come back though I would like to see him on the court again
I wish you had met him one day, he really is a nice guy, and he is awesome...but so tall!!!

thx for the great pix! unfortunatly andrei lost today 7/6 4/6 4/6 4/6 but he can be really proud of him because he gave all the he has and never gave up! he has been wonderful
it's so pitty he didn't play richard because he could win vs richard today for sure
