I don't have either. I have a very "small" tummy  . I've always wished for a bum instead. Bums are cool, tummies are yuck. They completely destroy a nice figure. Grrrr.
And Nicole, don't do it. Yes, it hurts a lot. A friend of mine did it and it hurt like hell.
