Why is it I can't see any of the alternates? Where are Mariano Puerta, Fernando Gonzalez and (possibly) David Ferrer

Mariano has been there since Wednesday As far as I can remember - in the past - the alternates were always in the photos - I certainly remember seeing Mark P. in Houston 2003.
