OK i'm used to it but for about 15 days when opening a thread, you see awful spiders and other cockroachs running on the computer screen.
brrrr.... something absolutely repugnant, you just want to pfff it's an advertising campaign for i.pod....
I know how to desactivate pop-ups such as "get free emoticones"... but these awful insects have to do with java language
and it's impossible to locate the source... therefore you can't stop the invasion of these disguting insects on your computer screen.
... pls someone well up in computing could help me! *knowing-that-I'm-not-interested-by-a-premium-membership-and-I-don't-need-a-ipod*
Many thanks for your attention.
I use Norton Personal Firewall. It has an Ad blocking option and if you activate it will keep MTF (or other sites) clean. I get no pop ups, no banners, no ads. Nothig. Here's what Ad blocking does:
Many sites use flashy banner ads and open secondary windows to get visitors' attention. In the Ad Blocking window, you can control the display of banner ads on Web pages and ads that appear in secondary browser windows.
The Ad Trashcan helps you create a customized list of ads to block. You can drag, or cut and paste, the ad graphic from the Web site into the ad trashcan dialog box to add its URL to the list.
Try using Norton Personal Firewall. It will solve your problem
