I go into GM expecting to see a ton of "Ivan the Great" threads but you know what happened instead? Once again Andy upstages them all and people STILL can't stop talking about him.

omg, Andy could lose every match all year long and instead of celebrating other players' wins, people still feel the need to celebrate Andy. Isn't that awsome the power Andy has over them? Even the Croats can't stop talking about Andy---and he LOST. To IVAN. Their NATIONAL HERO.

Andre was #1 for two weeks (April 28 & May 5) during Hewitt's 80 weeks at #1, but he did not clinch #1 until the week after Queen's Club. Andy beat him at QC the day after it was determined (due to Hewitt's & AA's QC points) that he would take it over #1 the next Monday (June 16).

Yep, no matter what Andy does he always manage to upstage other players. The media and the rest of the MTF pick on him as he 'sells'.

Ivan's fans could not find enought reasons to praise him as there aren't that many reasons yet. Ivan's also due some major titles to show how consistent he can be. Only time will tell.
