Re: The 'Andy in Fed Kingdom' Basel thread!
Woo!!
Go Andy!!
He is out to conquer Fed Kingdom!!
Now he has Gonzalez in the next round! I fear that the man from Chile could be a little bit too good for Murray at the moment. But he is always in with a chance!!

Re: The 'Andy in Fed Kingdom' Basel thread!
Gonzo may be too much for him; but tonight was another great victory for Andy and a very good scalp. He didn't play his best but he beat a very classy youngster in berdych!
Well done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm wondering that myself. The qualifying for Paris is on Saturday so, if he progresses to the semis of Basel, he won't be able to qualify. AMS Paris could hand him an SE (Special Entree) but they are usually handed out to home (in this case French) players.

Great progress, it's just unbelievable what's happened since Queen's, beyond my wildest dreams! , but to beat Fernando, another of my faves, would be the best win he's had for sure! Come on!

Re: The 'Andy in Fed Kingdom' Basel thread!
If I am reading the entry points correctly (and there is no guarantee that I am!), if Andy could get to the semis in Basel then he would get 75 points; wouldn't he have to win 3 qualifying matches and then 2 matches in the main draw in Paris to get the same total? I may be wrong on this, I'm not sure how qualifying points work.

Re: The 'Andy in Fed Kingdom' Basel thread!
In the Paris Masters Forum it says Andy is out of the qualies! what does this mean? Has he been awarded a WC for main draw perhaps?
